He returned to the Empire Theatre the following year to appear as Idle Jack in another Tread Productions, this time in 'Dick Whittington' (2019).
His time at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama saw him appearing in many stage productions which resulted in the Clive Brooks Memorial Award in 2023. In 2022 he had played Corin in 'As You Like It', directed by Giles Taylor, and Justin in 'Hero's of the 4th Turning' directed by Beth Wilkinson. There were five more production in 2023; an Attendant in 'Medea' directed by Vesna Stanojevic; as Sparkish, Pinchwife in 'Country Wife' directed by Hermoine Gulliford; in the Ensemble for 'Curtains' directed by Beth Wikinson; as Baker in 'Into the Woods' directed by Martin Parr with MD Tim Jasper and then as King Hamlet in 'Hamlet' directed by Martha Geelan. During 2021 he had a minor role in the Blast Film production for Sky documentary 'Liverpool Narcos', as Kevin, in a look back to the 1980s, Liverpool when the city became the epicentre of a drugs boom that was to change Britain forever.
Then in 2025 the BBC announced a new gritty Crime Drama, 'The Cage', starring Sheridan Smith. The brand-new five-part crime drama from 'The Responder' creator Tony Schumacher also has Anton in its cast. Sheridan Smith and Michael Socha as Leanne and Matty, two casino employees who make a shocking discovery, that they've both been stealing from the same safe. What begins as a desperate cover-up spirals into a dangerous game involving gangsters, police, and survival at any cost. Filmed across Liverpool and Merseyside, 'The Cage' combines dark humour, sharp character drama, and relentless tension, with a stellar supporting cast including Barry Sloane, Geraldine James, Sophie Mensah, Abby Mavers, and Anton Bibby. Playing Leanne's son, Anton says, "I can’t speak highly enough of how Sheridan’s been with me. This is my first job, I only graduated from drama school the year before filming this. She welcomed me with open arms, like an equal and a fellow colleague, which was nice. I asked if I could meet her for a coffee before we began filming, and we shared ideas. She even wrote some things down that I said, which I really respected. Her work ethic and how she treats others is really admirable for an actress of her calibre."
