PaisleighB is a UK R&B artist hailing from Liverpool, a singer songwriter heavily influenced by the best of music. "R'n'B helped to shape and change my life. Growing up on music made by game changing, inspirational and powerful women and men is what has helped me through some of my most darkest days. The dream is to be a part of the soundtrack to somebody’s life. I always felt drawn to music, and singing. I never thought I could 'actually' sing, and if you heard some of the stuff I did when I was younger, you would agree ha! I just found a joy in creating a song and it’s stuck, I’ve been bitten by the music bug! The intention is to bring the best of the old school with the best of the new, and bring music back to what it used to be." This independent singer/songwriter, heavily influenced by the 90s sound, era and style, aims to marry the best of the old with the new in order to create something authentic and unique.

 In 2022 a track which saw PaisleighB collaborate with Liverpool Artists Philly D and 5TN Deep titled 'Take My Time' was chosen by BBC 1Xtra as their 'Track of the Week' and featured on radio shows hosted by Lady Leeshur, Mark Bright, ACE and Sian Anderson. She said, "It just felt like my hard work was finally getting somewhere. I don’t have crazy funds or a team – it’s just me. Slowly, I just feel like I’m starting to create some ripples in the pond – it was a really nice moment, and keeps you going when you have those little wins!" 

Taking to the stage as part of BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend in Sefton Park, she was one of the up-and-coming acts to perform on the BBC Introducing Stage on Sunday the 25th of May. PaisleighB said: "It’s an absolute honour and a privilege to be a part of 1Xtra and the BBC Introducing Cypher. Standing in a room full of talent, and knowing you're part of it; is the most surreal and validating experience, an absolute dream. To be supported by the team and to have the opportunity to showcase my talent on such a massive platform means more than I can put into words. I’m just so excited, grateful and so blessed to represent my city, and I cannot wait to see what doors open for all the artists and creatives within the talented city I get to call home."
