In 2009, they released their second album, 'The Dividing Line', again on Earache Records. This also came with a free Sk8+Destroy 7" record, featuring British comedian Frank Sidebottom.
In June 2011, they released a third album, 'Problems To The Answer', on Earache Records which was recorded at Whitewood Studios in their home town of Liverpool produced by Rob Whitely along with 'SSS' bassist Mark Magill. This saw their sound pushed even further, bringing elements of death metal, prog rock, classic rock and grindcore into their punk/metal mix. It was considered their most abrasive record to date musically, with the tracklist pushed up to 25 and included guest vocals from Mark 'Barney' Greenway of 'Napalm Death'.
Original founding members David Fergusson and guitarist Peter Broom decided to leave the band at this point which meant a line-up change with Stu Taylor on guitar and Dave 'El Longo' Archer on drums joining the band.
In September 2013, the band signed with Prosthetic Records, and released 'Manipulated Living', a 7" EP for the UK Damnation Festival.
Their fourth album, 'Limp.Gasp.Collapse', was released in November 2014 on Prosthetic Records and featured Jeff Walker from 'Carcass' as a guest vocalist. Lead vocalist Foxy had known Jeff since the early 'Carcass' outings at the Planet X club in Liverpool in the late 1980s and said, "We wanted another voice on the record that was completely different to make both stand out. It was a simple case of askin' Jeff and getting an answer back, that answer being yes. Job done."
Unlike some bands who never seem to grace Liverpool with their presence, SSS are linked to the soul of the city, either through the skateboarding culture or just simply playing in nearly every venue Liverpool has to offer. Having one of the biggest and most dedicated followings of thrash fans in Europe, they are renowned for their artistic credibility, releasing consistently strong albums which manage to exceed the expectations of fans and critics alike every time.
