Predictions for 2011-2012 Season

 

A few quickfire - crystal ball musings:

Ross Barkley will be England's new bright light at Euro 2012 - queue the campaign to 'place him' at Old Trafford to begin early January.

 

Michael Owen will be spotted on a football field.

 

Steve Bruce will be the first managerial casualty closely followed by Blackburn's Steve Kean.

 

Barcelona will not defend the Champions League - instead prepare for a Chelsea surprise.

 

Arsenal will finish outside the top 4 and Arsene Wenger will finally leave the club.

 

Even though they manage a top 4 finish, Harry Redknapp will leave Spurs at the end of this season to take charge of England after Capello is finally 'ditched'.

 

Manchester City will plunder Barcelona's riches in January as they continue to go head to head with Utd for the title.

 

Everton will continue to defy the pundits as they continue to push for a top 4 finish.

 

Liverpool will miss out on a top 4 place and Dalglish will be moved upstairs. Enter Jose????

 

Fernando Torres will return to Spain in January.

Swansea, Blackburn and Norwich will be relegated.
